Our cooking class with Philippe was on the first day of our week long stay in Paris. It set the tone for our whole vacation perfectly. Visiting the market with Philippe was very fun and informative as he knows most of the vendors and explained the French system of rating food--red ribbon, etc. He took our food preferences into consideration when choosing the recipes. The menu included the traditional French dishes of white asparagus with mousseline sauce and crepes suzette. Philippe was great with my daughters who are 11 and 14. We learned not only cooking techniques but about life in France in general. Also Philippe is happy to share other vacation tips like when is the best time to visit museums and good restaurant recommendations. It was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Thank you, Philippe, for the awesome experience, and for inviting us to your home. Two days after we came back home, we made Creme Brulee following your instructions. We will definitely recommend you to anyone who is planning to visit Paris.

My 9 yr old daughter is a chef in training. She loved Chef Philippe's cooking class. He even got her to try goat cheese and she loved it. This was one of our favorite Paris experiences. It was educational and lots of fun! The meal was amazing!

Where to begin- I think anyone visiting Paris should do this! Bertrand was amazing. Taught us so much about culture, cooking, and was a fabulous host. The food was incredible, cooking was easy to follow and the conversation was informative!

The class was such a fun experience. I enjoyed the intimacy, as well as going to the market to buy three ingredients. That part of the experience is essential. My son wants to be a chef and he was really inspired by the cooking class.

Initial contact was unclear about the currency being quoted. We were quoted dollars from Euro and assumed that the Euros had been converted to NZD. It was in USD, but nthing advised us of that. This created a double FX cost. Also the inital amount was charged incorrecly. Once this was identified the amount was corrected quickly and with no fuss.
