Easy to navigate website, prompt reply. Tour itself very disappointing for the reasons written in my review.

Tour canceled on us the night before leaving us no notice to book something else. Veery disappointed!

The sit-down diner that was promised turned out to be a picnic of finger food conducted at a local bar. That was to be expected considering the context (shopping trip through Montmartre for bread, cheese and cold-cuts) -- but the term sit-down diner is miss-leading. There was confusion about where the meeting point was to be to meet up with the guide. Also, the information that the guide would be wearing a Pink shirt was never conveyed to the clients.

Loved learning about the history and culture of Paris. We would not have known about this neighborhood without taking this tour. Loved it!

We loved Quentin and had a wonderful time learning about cheese, bread and charcuterie! He was a delightful guide. There were a few things that could have helped the tour go better:
- rather than have to shop at each store, they could have been notified in advance that we were coming, how many of us there were, and had a bag ready for Quentin to pick up so that we could keep moving. If someone had had another engagement, they might have had to duck out early, which would have been unfortunate.
- Quentin wasn't sure we were going to be able to sit and eat in the boulangerie he had planned on going to. We got lucky, but it might have gone differently. That is a detail that could have been worked out in advance.
- I was surprised that we didn't learn about patisserie or chocolates. It would have been nice to include them.

Our guide Romain was great, insightful, knowledgeable and answered our questions thoughtfully. It was like having a friend show you another side of Paris. Highly recommended for those who want to live Paris like locals do.
